Responsibilities:
- Plans and conducts investigations of multi-party construction bodily injury and property damage liability claims.
- Independently manage moderate to high exposure claims involving Commercial General Liability policies including OCP, OCIP, CCIP and Self-Insured Retention programs.
- Actively manage litigation, set clear expectations with clients and counsel, and pursue early resolution strategies.
Qualifications:
- Moderate technical expertise handling commercial auto and general liability bodily injury and property damage claims preferred.
- 4-6 years experience in managing 3rd party bodily injury and property damage litigated claims.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and time management skills.
