Property Claims Advisor

About the Role:

• You will manage homeowner property claims from investigation through resolution, ensuring accurate assessments and fair outcomes.
• You will apply your technical claims expertise, policy knowledge, and problem-solving skills to deliver meaningful support to customers.
• You will work in a fully remote environment, collaborating with claims professionals, vendors, and internal teams.

What You Will Do:

• Investigate claims, interpret coverage details, and negotiate settlements.
• Ensure all claim files are accurately documented and managed according to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage an active caseload while taking ownership of customer concerns and driving effective solutions.

What You Bring:

• 1-2 years of relevant claims advisor or property claims handling experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, claim investigation processes, and settlement practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
