About the Role:

• You will support customers during important moments by guiding them through the initial stages of their insurance claims journey.
• This remote role combines strong communication skills with attention to detail and efficient problem-solving.
• You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate claim handling.

Responsibilities:

• Handle first notice of loss reports for non-complex auto and property claims while ensuring accurate information collection.
• Respond to customer questions regarding claims processes with professionalism and empathy.
• Gather, document, and update claim information accurately while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and French are required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
