Role Overview:
- Serve as the primary agency contact for clients during the claims process.
- Coordinate communication between clients, carriers, and account teams.
- Advocate for a positive client experience and monitor claim progress.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of insurance industry experience, preferably in an independent agency.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain licensing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license when travel is required.
- Active insurance license or ability to obtain one.
