Associate PIP Claims Rep

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and review PIP and Medical Payments claims, verify coverage, and determine actions for claims up to $50,000.
• Conduct investigations, establish reserves, apply medical cost-containment strategies, and negotiate settlements or denials.
• Manage documentation, coordinate medical experts, identify subrogation opportunities, and maintain diary controls.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of claims experience and 1 year of data entry experience.
• Working knowledge of multi-state PIP laws, medical cost-containment requirements, and medical terminology.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $48,000–$73,000 per year plus incentive plan eligibility.
