As a Sr. Product Designer on the Life & Critical Illness Insurance product team, you'll play a critical role in shaping customer journeys and driving core business outcomes. This isn’t just a UI design role; you’ll be a strategic partner in identifying problems, conducting research, and designing elegant, conversion-friendly solutions that balance user empathy with business needs.

Take full ownership of PolicyMe’s marketing site ensuring it delivers a clear, trustworthy, and conversion-friendly experience. Translate briefs and ideas into clean, component-driven designs. Develop pages using our existing CMS structure and reusable components and work closely with the Growth, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams to deliver projects that align with brand, traffic, and lead generation goals.

As a Software Developer on the engineering team, you will design, build, and ship features that improve our platform and customer experience. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to create scalable, reliable solutions. Working across the stack, you'll contribute to both backend and frontend initiatives. You will also participate in architecture discussions and release planning.

This role involves shaping the design, building, and evaluation of new insurance products by turning complex data into actionable insights, collaborating with Product, Insurance, Engineering, and Leadership teams to drive experimentation, supporting product development, and designing reporting structures from the ground up.
