You will speak with customers to answer questions and guide them through the buying process and manage a high-volume pipeline. Recommend the right coverage based on customer needs, using a clear and honest consultative approach.

Seeking an Associate VP of Product Management to scale the product organization and take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and execution across new and existing product lines. This is a pivotal role, reporting to the VP of Product and working closely with multiple teams across the organization.

Join a remote-first, Toronto-based startup and modernize insurance. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll shape customer journeys and drive business outcomes on the Life & Critical Illness Insurance product team. Own the design process, conduct research, and craft conversion-friendly solutions.

Educate customers on their insurance needs by answering challenging questions, dealing with advanced customer cases, and guiding them through PolicyMe's different products. Manage all inbound leads through their policy applications, and ensuring they get the coverage they need (and feel good about the process) via phone, SMS and email! Be involved in discussions across the organization.

Take ownership of PolicyMe's external partner relationships by ensuring smooth execution, optimizing collaboration across teams, and driving strategic initiatives that maximize value for both PolicyMe and its partners. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, relationship management, and executional excellence. Act as the primary point of contact for partners, owning high-stakes initiatives and ensuring alignment across internal teams.
