As a Home & Auto Insurance Advisor, you'll be on the front lines helping Canadians protect their homes and vehicles.

What you'll be doing:

Educate customers on coverage options, manage a high-volume inbound pipeline, and convert leads via phone, SMS, and email.
Use HubSpot to track touchpoints, refine sales scripts, and improve conversion rates.
Contribute to a scalable sales playbook and help position PolicyMe as Canada's leading digital insurance distributor.

What we are looking for:

A licensed P&C advisor in Ontario with 3+ years of personal lines sales experience in a high-volume environment.
A builder mentality with a track record of exceeding targets and improving processes.
Strong communication skills, empathy, and a consultative sales style that balances customer trust with results.
