Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business. Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions. Maintain frequent, transparent communication with the account team and deliver excellent service.

The underwriting team is key to growing the book of business sustainably while supporting the broking team. Underwriters focus on automating tasks to allow focus on building relationships with brokers and partners. One will be responsible for maintaining and growing underwriting authority, build submissions for new and existing policies, and contribute to exceptional customer experience.

Handle routine non-complex to moderately complex non-injury Commercial and Specialty claims. Responsible for opening, investigating, evaluating, and settling auto claims and ensuring compliance with Department of Insurance and other statutory requirements. Adjust higher-complexity liability claims including property damage claims and total losses.

The Senior Liability Adjuster is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating Auto and General Liability claims, while maintaining a high standard of customer service, resolving cases, managing litigation, and ensuring cost-effective outcomes. Property and casualty licenses are required.
