Associate Attorney (Workers Compensation)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters from inception through resolution.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to execute litigation strategies and client consultations.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of medical records and draft substantive legal documents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of practice experience specifically within Workers' Compensation.
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing with a Juris Doctor.
• Exceptional analytical, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
