Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume legal caseload in Workers' Compensation, including client communication and case file review.
- Attend all hearings and trials at assigned WCAB locations, maintaining detailed case notes.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including e-filing and coordinating with AME/PQMEs.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a Hearing Representative in Workers' Compensation (preferred).
- Knowledge of CA Workers' Compensation law and the EAMS system required.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to multitask independently.
