Associate Attorney

The Opportunity:

• Work with attorneys across the firm on a diverse portfolio of asbestos and toxic tort matters.
• Serve as local and national counsel, with substantial client contact and hands-on responsibility.
• Opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation from case inception through trial.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and defend asbestos and toxic tort litigation in jurisdictions throughout the country.
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and dispositive motions; take and defend depositions.
• Communicate directly with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel; attend court conferences and trials.
