Associate Attorney

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a diverse defense caseload involving general liability, product liability, asbestos, and tobacco defense.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and conduct depositions.
• Attend court conferences, mediations, and settlement negotiations; assist with trial preparation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of defense litigation experience in general liability, toxic tort, or related civil defense.
• Admission to practice in Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island; multiple admissions preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills with proven ability to handle motion practice and depositions.
