Manage a caseload of personal injury lawsuits with exposures up to $150,000.
Conduct initial case evaluations, discovery, and deposition summaries within required timelines.
Handle law and motion, trial preparation, and posttrial motions.

Qualifications:

Law degree and admission to the bar in the practicing state.
Minimum 3 years of insurance defense experience, including trials to verdict.
Strong knowledge of insurance, torts, evidence, and civil procedure.
