Attorney (Texas Litigation)

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of First-Party Property and General Liability defense files from intake through resolution.
• Develop case theories, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and deliver legal research.
• Take and defend depositions, appear at hearings and mediations, and prepare witnesses for trial.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and active Texas Bar license.
• At least 3 years of civil litigation experience; First-Party Property and/or General Liability defense preferred.
• Sharp legal research, analysis, and writing abilities, and the discipline to manage a busy caseload remotely.
