Civil Litigation Associate

Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of professional liability, general liability, directors' and officers' liability, and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct legal research, assist with litigation strategy, and case analysis.

Qualifications:

• Admission to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey required; Federal Courts preferred.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in professional liability, general liability, D&O, and/or commercial litigation.
• Strong writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
