Commercial Auto/Trucking, Premises, and General Liability Attorney

About the Role:

• Handle a diverse caseload of commercial auto, trucking, premises, and general liability matters.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and appear at hearings and trials.
• Engage in forward-facing client interactions and collaborate with a national team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience; all experience levels welcome.
• Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills with strong academic background.
• Licensed and admitted to practice in New York; trial experience preferred but not required.
