Attorney Partner (Premises Liability, Trucking, & Products Liability)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of attorneys and support professionals in the General Liability practice group.
• Handle a diverse caseload of complex litigation, including premises liability, product liability, and personal injury defense.
• Develop and execute business growth strategies while fostering client relationships and mentoring junior talent.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of litigation experience with a focus on insurance cases or general liability, preferably in trucking, products liability, or premises liability.
• Juris Doctor degree and active Texas license to practice law.
• Strong business development skills and a track record of client relationship management.
