Key Responsibilities:
- Work with litigation team to prepare toxic tort matters for trial, including talc, silica, asbestos.
- Take and defend depositions, appear in court for pretrial and trial appearances as first chair.
- Manage and argue significant pretrial and trial motions, and communicate with clients.
Qualifications:
- JD from ABA accredited law school and admitted to practice in California.
- 8+ years of defense litigation experience with trial experience in tort cases.
- Superior analytical and communication skills.
