Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client call assignments routed through Actionstep, following a first-in, first-out protocol.
- Counsel clients on benefits, medical treatment, and workers' compensation procedures in plain language.
- Document all client interactions and escalate urgent matters to handling attorneys.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of California workers' compensation system and WCAB procedures.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and empathetic phone presence.
- Active membership in the State Bar of California.
