Assistant General Counsel – Commercial (Partnerships)

What You'll Do:

• Serve as lead commercial counsel for cutting-edge product partnerships, driving legal strategy for first-of-their-kind arrangements.
• Oversee development of legal templates, playbooks, AI processes, and risk management frameworks for scalable operations.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Tax, and Regulatory teams to assess legal risk and unlock business opportunities.

What You Bring:

• J.D. or equivalent and active law license; 8+ years of commercial legal experience with top-tier firm and in-house mix.
• Proven record leading complex global transactions involving technology, SaaS, or strategic partnerships.
• Deep understanding of product development and go-to-market strategies from a legal perspective.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or highly regulated sectors.
• Background working closely with product and engineering teams for consumer and enterprise products.
• Passion for crypto and Web3 technologies.
