About the Opportunity:
- MoonPay is looking for a Product Counsel to be the dedicated legal partner for our expanding product suite, covering DeFi products and regulated crypto asset services.
- You will work closely with product, compliance, and regulatory strategy teams, advising on new features from whiteboard to launch.
What you will do:
- Serve as primary legal partner for DeFi product teams, providing full product lifecycle counseling.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including protocol integration and licensing agreements.
- Navigate regulatory frameworks across SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, and state regulators.
About You:
- JD and active bar membership required, with 6+ years of legal experience including in-house at a crypto or fintech company.
- Deep understanding of DeFi and US regulatory frameworks; strong communication skills.
