Key Responsibilities:

- Develop efficient ways of working to scale Monzo safely and in compliance with laws.
- Provide training and knowledge sharing to colleagues on legal and regulatory impacts.
What We're Looking For:
- Technically excellent lawyer with 5+ years post-qualification experience in digital assets and financial regulations.
- Team player and problem solver skilled at balancing risk and commercial objectives.
- Passionate about banking and technology innovation.
