Senior Solicitor - Digital Finance

About the Role:

• The Senior Solicitor will work on finance transactions including securitisation, energy, project, real estate, and leveraged finance.
• They will liaise directly with clients and counterparties, acting as a key point of contact.
• The role also involves managing junior colleagues and contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent client service and manage discrete legal work.
• Build and strengthen client relationships, anticipating their needs.
• Manage workload, delegate tasks, and provide feedback to junior team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales or Northern Ireland with at least three years' relevant PQE.
• Strong legal skills including drafting, negotiation, and project management.
• Foundation level of people management and business development skills.
