- Lead the delivery of large-scale projects across Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, and Structured Finance.
- Provide expertise on transaction lifecycle management, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Support clients through transaction execution, remediation, and regulatory change initiatives.
Strategic Consulting & Transformation:
- Advise clients on legal operating model transformation and redesign processes for efficiency.
- Lead change management programs and develop AI-enhanced legal service delivery solutions.
- Drive adoption of data-driven approaches and stay informed on emerging trends.
