About the role:
- Inspire, develop, and coach a team of client success professionals to deliver strong outcomes across EMEA.
- Operate at the intersection of team leadership and client strategy to ensure portfolio health and growth.
What you'll do:
- Build portfolio strategy, drive business reviews, and align with sales on account-specific goals.
- Lead escalation management and own retention and growth for your portfolio.
- Coach the team to develop best practices and thought leadership for the legal client community.
What you'll bring:
- 15+ years in client success or account management leadership within professional services, ideally legal.
- Proven ability to drive retention and growth across enterprise accounts, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent consultative communication and analytical skills, plus ability to travel 20-30%.
