Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to law firm and corporate legal leadership on change strategy and adoption planning.
- Lead and deliver enterprise-scale change enablement engagements for law firms and legal departments.
- Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder impact, and change fatigue in complex environments.
Practice Development & Growth:
- Lead the development and evolution of Epiq Advisory’s Change Enablement offerings for the legal market.
- Shape change enablement approaches within proposals and client presentations.
- Contribute to business development by articulating the value of change enablement as a core driver of ROI.
Internal Leadership & Capability Building:
- Mentor and support internal consultants and client teams on best-practice change and enablement approaches.
- Support clients in building sustainable internal change capability.
- Collaborate with Epiq Advisory leadership to align change enablement with other practices.
