- Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, owning top transformation workstreams from problem framing through execution.
- Build business cases, design solutions, align stakeholders, and drive implementation as the delivery team.
- Manage initiative governance: milestones, decision points, dependencies, and escalation paths.

- Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics where formal authority is limited and influence is everything.
- Manage up, across, and into partner organizations, protecting program integrity without slowing momentum.
Who you are:
- An experienced leader with 8+ years in strategy, consulting, or business transformation roles.
- Skilled at structuring ambiguous problems and driving them to resolution with financial and operational modeling expertise.
- Adept at executive communication and managing through influence in matrixed organizations.
