Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of USLT-prioritized transformation programs from design through implementation and scale.
- Drive alignment across business, technology, data, and enabling functions for integrated end-to-end workflows.
- Establish and lead a centralized PMO with governance frameworks and executive reporting.
Leadership Expectations:
- Build and lead a high-performing transformation organization.
- Drive execution excellence and outcome orientation.
- Partner closely with Strategy, AI & Platform, Data, and P&O.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation in a large, matrixed, regulated environment.
- Demonstrated track record of translating strategy into implemented enterprise change with measurable outcomes.
- High fluency in AI, digital, and technology-enabled workflow redesign.
