Own and drive PMO for strategic best practices and executing product delivery and digital transformation initiatives.
Develop organizational project management and product delivery capabilities, standards and behaviors for effective coordination and prioritization of projects.
Improve success rates, learn from past mistakes, and make processes more efficient with clear documentation and learnings.

Change Management:

Lead change management strategy for enterprise projects, including stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, readiness planning, and adoption measurement.
Develop and execute communication, training, and engagement plans.
Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify change risks, address resistance, and build alignment.

Cross-functional Leadership & Project Execution:

Lead cross-functional project teams, identify systems and processes to drive operational excellence, and support internal stakeholders.
Coordinate testing, training, and communication across teams to ensure delivery and adoption.
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and spending plans to ensure initiatives are delivered within approved financial parameters.
