Sr. Engagement Manager

Strategic Delivery & Change Leadership:

• Architect and drive the Change Management Strategy for complex implementations.
• Serve as the executive point of contact and trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Proactively challenge and redirect both internal and client teams on best practices.

Enterprise Program Management & Governance:

• Maintain rigorous oversight of multiple concurrent projects.
• Own and control project scope and communicate engagement risks.
• Develop and implement governance structures appropriate for large client environments.

Team & Methodology Elevation:

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition.
• Engage with the Sales team to position and structure high-value Professional Services packages.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and scaling of the Gong Professional Services methodology.
