  • Own and drive the PMO for digital transformation projects, developing organizational standards and improving delivery capabilities.
  • Lead change management strategy across the organization, including stakeholder assessment and adoption measurement.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams and budgets to ensure timely delivery, adoption, and fiscal accountability.
