Enterprise Project Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-sized programs and projects, developing integrated plans, schedules, budgets, and resource models.
- Drive execution across business and technology teams, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved.
EPMO Governance & Standards:
- Apply and enforce EPMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance standards across assigned initiatives.
- Ensure projects adhere to stage gates, documentation requirements, and audit/compliance expectations.
Stakeholder & Financial Management:
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for project/program outcomes, engaging senior stakeholders with clear communication.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking, monitoring cost performance and variances.
