• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Determine and allocate required resources including time, money, and personnel.
• Develop a detailed project timeline with milestones and create the original budget.

Budget and Schedule Management:

• Forecast costs for labor and expense categories and track financial performance.
• Create and maintain the baseline schedule aligned with budget.
• Report schedule progress based on milestones relative to the baseline.

Risk Management and Team Coordination:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies with contingency plans.
• Assign tasks to team members based on skills and monitor performance.
• Collect data, analyze trends, and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
