Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day execution and delivery of project management services.
- Ensuring a broad spectrum of technical engagements are delivered in alignment with defined scope, schedule, and budget expectations.
- Providing direct supervision of a remote-based PMO team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum of Five (5) or more years of experience as a PMO Manager or Director is essential.
- Delivering complex IT projects that demand an understanding of technical deployments that drive client success.
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, PMBOK).
- Experience managing project financials, including budgeting, cost control.
- Ensuring adherence to SOWs, contractual commitments, and delivery standards.
Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certification.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification.
