Responsibilities:
- Oversee contracted operations to ensure needs of the contract and client are met.
- Provide people leadership to develop a highly functioning client team.
- Manage financials including monthly P&L review and budget participation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Over 6 years of experience as a recognized leader in a customer service intensive environment.
- Minimum of 4 years of people management experience.
Additional Information:
- Salary range: $91,800 to $146,800 per year.
