About the Role:
- Oversee invoicing, collections, and HUB operations for a leading mortgage services company.
- Lead a team to meet quality and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage team of employees including collections, invoicing, and HUB.
- Perform adhoc receivable analysis and provide trending and reporting.
- Ensure invoices are billed timely and accurately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma plus 4 years experience or related college degree plus 2 years.
- Proven experience with Microsoft applications and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
