Key Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly billing audits, fee calculations, and adjustment processing.
- Review and maintain client accounts and household structures for accurate fee assignments.
- Partner with advisors to update billing instructions and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with billing platforms (Orion, Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
