Lead end-to-end legal structuring and negotiation of project finance transactions, including construction loans, term debt, tax equity, and permanent financing.
Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security packages, depositary agreements, and consent and assignment agreements.
Advise on financing structures for build-own-operate assets and IRA tax credit structures.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and member of a state bar in good standing.
8–15 years of project finance experience, with significant exposure to energy or infrastructure.
Proven ability to close complex project finance transactions, including tax equity structures, and manage high-volume workloads.
