About This Role:

We are looking for an experienced real estate attorney to join our dynamic Real Estate Legal team.
This role supports Intersect’s growing clean energy and data center development portfolio.
The ideal candidate is commercially oriented, able to manage high volume projects, and comfortable working cross-functionally.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and provide real estate legal support for clean energy and data center development projects.
Lead negotiation, review, and management of lease options, purchase agreements, and easements.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Land, Development, Construction, and Operations teams.

What You’ll Bring:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
5+ years of experience as a real estate transactional attorney.
Strong experience with real estate agreements in clean energy, infrastructure, or data center industries.
