Provide senior support to Global Corporate leadership, taking responsibility for the management of various corporate & commercial strategic initiatives and projects. You will assist the M&A team, work with internal and external stakeholders to protect the intellectual property rights of the organization, and advise the Product team on commercial and legal matters.

Acorns is seeking an experienced legal professional to manage the day-to-day legal response process related to court documents received by the organization, such as subpoenas, garnishments, liens, and other notices, ensuring all requests are processed and responded to in a timely and compliant manner, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and security.

The Senior Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting our in-house legal department with a focus on corporate and litigation matters, as well as provide support on other special projects and administrative tasks as needed. As a Senior Paralegal you will work closely with attorneys and other legal personnel, internal business units, and external parties to ensure efficient and effective legal operations.
