Senior Counsel (Commercial Contracts & Partnerships)

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements including payor, partnership, vendor, and marketing contracts.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract structure, risk allocation, and compliance, while building scalable contracting processes.
• Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and approval workflows to support high-volume contracting.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from accredited law school, active bar membership, and 8+ years of legal experience with substantial commercial contracting.
• Deep healthcare domain experience, ideally in digital health or virtual care, with proficiency in legal technology.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills in a high-growth environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range $200,000 - $230,000 per year, plus equity and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and flexible PTO.
