Senior Counsel (Healthcare Regulatory, Privacy & Employment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on federal and state healthcare regulatory matters affecting Midi’s virtual care clinic, including telehealth, licensing, and scope of practice.
• Partner with Clinical and Operations teams on clinician onboarding, credentialing, and medical practice governance.
• Support privacy compliance, data protection, and employment matters across the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one state (California preferred).
• 8+ years of legal experience with deep healthcare regulatory and privacy expertise, ideally in digital health or telehealth.
• Proven ability to build compliance programs, legal playbooks, and operational workflows from the ground up.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range $195,000 - $225,000 per year, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
