Privacy Counsel

Role Overview:

• You will serve as Privacy Counsel, reporting to the Privacy Office and shaping how the company navigates the privacy landscape.
• Your work will directly influence the protection of sensitive information and design of privacy-first processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise internal teams on compliance with U.S. and international privacy laws, focusing on health science services.
• Draft and negotiate privacy-related agreements, including data processing addenda and vendor agreements.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and guide incident response.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2-4 years of experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, or healthcare regulatory law.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and experience with privacy technologies.
