Role Overview:
- Manage and mature Omada’s enterprise-wide privacy program across a complex regulatory landscape.
- Serve as the primary operational privacy leader, partnering with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Commercial, and other functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve policies, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules.
- Execute privacy risk assessments, including vendor due diligence and privacy review for commercial deals.
- Design and deliver privacy training and awareness initiatives to build a culture of compliance.
About You:
- You have a J.D., 8+ years of privacy law experience, and deep expertise in HIPAA and state consumer privacy laws.
- You communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly for non-legal audiences.
- You are highly organized, autonomous, and enjoy cross-functional collaboration.
