Team Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents, including breach triage and notification.
- Draft legal notices of data breach to individuals and regulators, and defend privacy lawsuits.
- Supervise junior team members, oversee forensics investigations, and advise clients on handling cybersecurity incidents.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school and admission to bar in good standing required.
- 8+ years legal experience with 5+ years in data privacy and security, focusing on breach and incident response.
- Strong knowledge of data breach laws (HIPAA, GLBA, CCPA, GDPR) and excellent research/writing skills.
