Associate Manager

Role Summary:

• Supports the delivery of cyber incident response services through team coordination and client engagement.
• Focuses on incident management, process improvement, and capability development.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Partners with business development teams to design tailored CIR solutions for clients.
• Oversees end-to-end delivery of CIR services including intake, data operations, and quality assurance.
• Drives adoption of advanced tools and develops training programs to upskill global teams.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of incident response lifecycle, data analytics, and security technologies.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects across geographies.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

• 10+ years in cybersecurity or incident response with leadership experience in global operations.
