Associate General Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate, draft, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS and technology licensing.
• Provide practical, risk-based legal guidance to support commercial objectives and revenue growth.
• Advise on employment matters, including recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• Significant experience with commercial contracts, employment law, and AI-enabled legal tools.
