What Will You Be Doing:
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including partnerships, licensing, and manufacturing.
- Advise on domestic and international operations, including supply chain, logistics, and trade compliance.
- Lead cross-functional projects such as new market entry and product launches, and manage disputes and investigations.
What Are We Looking For:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
- 7-9 years of corporate legal experience with a strong foundation in commercial agreements.
- Ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business guidance and work independently.
What's Our Offer:
- Salary range of $220,000 to $270,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Annual discretionary bonus up to 20% of base salary.
