As the HR Compliance Partner, you will lead and enhance Wiz's HR compliance programs, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and helping shape policies that promote a fair, ethical, and legally compliant workplace. Responsibilities include tracking HR Compliance requirements, conducting regular audits, developing and updating HR policies, acting as a subject matter expert, supporting internal and external audits, and leading compliance training programs.
