Serve as the companyβs dedicated employment law subject matter expert and play a crucial role in shaping and supporting our global workforce initiatives, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive and productive environment. Assist the ActiveCampaign Legal and People departments with legal issues related to the company's global workforce, partner with the HR Business Partner team on employee relations matters, and draft and review contracts and policies.
Instrumental in shaping and driving internal communication strategies to foster a deeply engaged, informed, and aligned workforce, you will partner closely with leadership to elevate our internal brand, enhance transparency, and create a sense of community across our global teams. This is an opportunity to lead impactful initiatives that strengthen our company culture and ensure employees feel connected to our mission and values.
As an Account Executive, you'll manage a pipeline of active deals from qualification to close, communicate ActiveCampaign's product offerings to prospects and customers with a consultative approach, and exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals monthly. You will also generate demand beyond inbound opportunities and consult with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs.
Improve new customer onboarding, activate upsell/cross-sell opportunities across teams, and execute on customer retention initiatives. Develop and execute customer marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue. Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey.
Make the onboarding story better by helping users understand how to best use our platform. Iterate on activation and retention flows to help users discover features and workflows. Implement WhatsApp-specific features, working closely with the product & sales team to understand user needs and iterate quickly.
